Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR BUYERS REMORSE OR BECAUSE OF A SIZE DIFFERENCE.

Please be sure of your size selection and measure yourself or whomever the article is for using the size guide.

We are a tiny little company that can not afford to deal with returns.

We are more than pleased to offer you a serious discount on your next item purchase.

If your product was damaged in the mail or has issues of bad manufacturing, please take a photograph and email it to us.  Please also keep your original packaging and in the packaging slip there is a return address.  Please use that address to return your item.

Please before returning any products, send us an email at [email protected] explaining the reason for your desired return of product.

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren’t suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,

therefore TASTYDAVE reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.

Postage is your responsibility and will not be refunded.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within several days.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We do not process exchanges.  If applicable, you will get a refund and then will need to purchase another item.

Shipping costs are not refunded.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to the return address in your packing slip.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
